Job Description

We are looking for an experienced SAP Business Analyst to support the analysis, design, and delivery of SAP Case, Mobile, and e-Service solutions. Candidates with City of Cape Town Case & Records Management experience will have a strong advantage. Candidates based in Cape Town are strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities • Review existing business processes and map them to SAP Case, Mobile, and e-Service solutions. • Conduct workshops with business and functional teams to gather and refine requirements. • Translate business needs into clear functional and non-functional requirements. • Document business processes in Visio and BPMN. • Ensure all business scenarios and documentation are complete. • Present TO-BE processes to stakeholders and obtain sign-off. • Document the project blueprint. • Work with developers and architects to support system design and integrations. • Participate in project meetings and ensure alignment with project timelines and quality standards.
