Responsibilities

As a Business Analyst (m/f/d) Finance, you will analyze existing processes in financial accounting at the Bremen location and support making them more digital and efficient.

• Together with the team, you will accompany the SAP migration from R/3 to S/4HANA and participate in the redesign of the system landscape.
• Furthermore, you will ensure smooth cooperation with specialist departments and subsidiaries and play a central role as an interface between Finance, IT, and other stakeholders, acting as a competent point of contact for internal teams and external partners.
• In projects, you will actively contribute your ideas as a Business Analyst (m/f/d) Finance to align processes with the future and continuously improve them, support change processes, and contribute to the successful implementation of new ways of working.
• Finally, you will impart your knowledge at the Bremen location through targeted training, instructions, and support within projects, as well as in the event of procedural and legal changes.

Requirements

As a Business Analyst (m/f/d) Finance, you have successfully completed a degree, for example in economics, business administration, or a comparable field, ideally with a focus on controlling, accounting, or financial management.

• You are characterized by a high affinity for digital tools and modern system landscapes and ideally have initial experience with SAP or comparable ERP systems.
• As a Business Analyst (m/f/d) Finance, you bring a deep understanding of financial contexts and are able to analyze, prepare, and transform complex processes into efficient, future-oriented solutions clearly and structurally.
• A strong team orientation, initiative, and the willingness to actively shape change processes complete your profile.
