You will support the design, implementation, and optimization of SAP Callidus solutions for sales compensation.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate sales compensation needs into functional specifications.
• Drive customer discussions and facilitate meetings to define business requirements.
• Work with technical teams to ensure successful configuration and implementation of SAP Callidus solutions.
• Manage testing, data migration, and post-implementation support.
• Perform gap analysis and recommend improvements to existing sales compensation processes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst focusing on Sales Compensation processes.
• Strong expertise in SAP Callidus or similar sales compensation tools.
• Proven ability in business process analysis, documentation, and requirements gathering.
• Experience managing data migration tasks.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Cisco and its specific sales compensation processes.
