We are looking for a SAP FI/CO Project Manager for a highly successful consumer goods company near Stuttgart. The team will be expanded from 2025 due to global SAP projects.

Your New Role

As SAP FI/CO Project Manager, you will:

• Be the driving force behind the further development of controlling standards and systems. Together with our dynamic team, you will design and implement innovative and future-oriented controlling concepts.
• Take over the complete project management for FI/CO of our strategically important SAP S/4HANA project as well as other controlling projects.
• Be responsible for the planning, control, and monitoring of the project from start to finish.
• Hold numerous meetings with other sub-projects, internal and external stakeholders, and the Shared Service Center as a service provider for the project to ensure progress and overcome challenges.
• Create convincing documents for our steering committees and inform the relevant department heads in advance.
• Work closely with other project managers to create a consistent roadmap for the coming years.

Your Skills and Experience

• At least 3 years of professional experience in the SAP environment, preferably with S/4HANA, but R/3 knowledge is also good.
• Ideally, you have already worked in controlling.
• Extensive experience in project management and the ability to coordinate complex projects and teams well. Experience with Jira is a plus.
• Fluent German language skills.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to lead and convince different people.
• Proactive, team-oriented, and structured approach. You fit well into a team that values cohesion.
• You are ready to meet twice a week in our fantastic office in Winnenden (3 days in your home office).
