My client, a leading manufacturing group based in Munich, is looking for a highly experienced PMO to support a large international SAP S/4HANA transformation programme.

This role will serve as the operational governance function of the Programme Director — driving transparency, delivery discipline, and proactive control across workstreams, SI partners, vendors, and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage scope governance and Change Control Board processes
• Drive budget tracking, forecasting, and earned value transparency
• Maintain integrated program plans, milestones, and critical path oversight
• Lead RAID management, escalation handling, and risk reporting
• Prepare executive-level SteerCo reporting and dashboards
• Enforce quality gates, governance standards, and reporting consistency
• Oversee vendor and SI performance tracking
• Ensure a single source of truth across all program tools and reporting

Required Experience

• PMO experience in SAP transformation programmes
• Strong SAP S/4HANA program delivery background
• Experience in complex international multi-entity environments
• Strong governance mindset with the ability to challenge and escalate when needed
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Fluent German and English

Location
