Do You Burn for Challenges?
- You will take on holistic responsibility for results for selected strategic customers across all service and revenue segments.
- You will work in close coordination with the account management of the respective customers and make a direct and measurable contribution to achieving our corporate goals.
- You will jointly be responsible for the strategic development, operational support, and economic performance of our customers.
- You will actively promote long-term customer loyalty and ensure a seamless customer journey in direct coordination with other company divisions.
- You will represent our company in project steering committees and take over the overall management of project implementation, being responsible for successfully realizing and completing projects within the defined time, budget, and quality framework.
- You will act as a competent and reliable point of contact for management and C-level representatives of our customers.
- Furthermore, you will contribute to the early identification of project risks, analysis of their causes, and initiation of effective risk mitigation measures through active project risk management.
- You will use meaningful reports and KPIs for data analysis and steering to evaluate economic engagement and drive strategic development.

- You have several years of experience in managing SAP projects, combined with sound knowledge in project management and experience in selling SAP solutions & managed services.
- You are familiar with the SAP portfolio.
- Entrepreneurial thinking and strong customer orientation are an important part of your actions.
- You are characterized by high conceptual and analytical skills, a structured approach, and assertiveness, even in difficult situations.
- You have very good communication and moderation skills, are willing to accept conflict situations to turn them into solutions, and convince with professional negotiation skills.
- Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken, complete your profile.
- A willingness to travel for customer assignments is a matter of course for you.

Requirements
- Du verfügst über einen mehrjährigen Erfahrungsschatz bei der Leitung von SAP Projekten, kombiniert mit fundierten Kenntnissen im Projektmanagement sowie Erfahrung im Vertrieb von SAP-Lösungen & Managed Services.
- Das SAP Portfolio ist dir vertraut.

- Dich zeichnen hohe konzeptionelle und analytische Fähigkeiten, eine strukturierte Vorgehensweise sowie Durchsetzungsfähigkeit auch in schwierigen Situationen aus.
- Du hast sehr gute Kommunikations- und Moderationsfähigkeiten, bist bereit Konfliktsituationen anzunehmen, um sie in Lösungen zu überführen und überzeugst dabei mit professionellen Verhandlungsfähigkeiten.

Responsibilities
- Du übernimmst die ganzheitliche Ergebnisverantwortung für ausgewählte strategische Kunden über alle Service- und Umsatzsegmente hinweg.
- Du arbeitest in enger Abstimmung mit dem Account Management der jeweiligen Kunden und leistest einen direkten und messbaren Beitrag zur Erreichung unserer Unternehmensziele.
- Du verantwortest in Kombination die strategische Entwicklung, operative Betreuung und wirtschaftliche Ergebnisverantwortung für unsere Kunden.
- Du förderst aktiv die langfristige Kundenbindung und stellst in direkter Abstimmung mit anderen Unternehmensbereichen eine reibungslose Customer Journey sicher.
- Du vertrittst unser Unternehmen in Projekt-Lenkungsausschüssen und übernimmst die übergeordnete Steuerung der Projektumsetzung und bist dafür verantwortlich Projekte innerhalb des definierten Zeit-, Budget- und Qualitätsrahmens erfolgreich zu realisieren und abzuschließen.
- Für die Geschäftsleitung sowie C-Level-Vertreter:innen unserer Kunden agierst du als kompetente und verlässliche Ansprechperson.
- Darüber hinaus trägst du durch ein aktives Projekt-Risikomanagement dazu bei, Projektrisiken frühzeitig zu identifizieren, deren Ursachen zu analysieren und wirksame Maßnahmen zur Risikominderung einzuleiten.
- Für die Datenanalyse und Steuerung nutzt du aussagekräftige Reports und KPIs, um das wirtschaftliche Engagement zu bewerten und die strategische Weiterentwicklung voranzutreiben.
