SAP Program Manager – S/4HANA RISE Migration

Role Overview

We are looking for a senior SAP Program Manager to lead a large-scale S/4HANA RISE migration program. This role requires deep SAP Basis expertise combined with programme-level governance and stakeholder leadership across complex enterprise landscapes.

Core Requirements

• 10+ years in SAP Basis / SAP Program Delivery
• Proven experience leading S/4HANA transformations (RISE, conversions, upgrades, carve-outs)
• Strong technical depth in:
  • SAP S/4HANA Basis (On-Prem / Private Cloud / RISE)
  • SAP Architecture: HANA DB, SLT, Fiori, Transport Management, HA/DR
• Experience in ITIL-driven operations & incident management
• Strong stakeholder management across global teams, vendors, and executives
• Language: English (mandatory), German (preferred)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA RISE program delivery (migration, upgrades, consolidation)
• Own technical architecture & landscape strategy (sizing, HA/DR, performance optimisation)
• Drive basis operations: transports, patching, upgrades, downtime planning
• Ensure system stability, compliance, and security standards
• Manage multi-vendor ecosystem including cloud providers & SAP partners
• Oversee governance, cost control, and delivery tracking
