Why DXC Technology Europe SAP Business Group?
The "0.0% Politics" Guarantee
Our Promise: We pursue a zero-tolerance policy towards political maneuvering. In this team, energy is spent on customers and innovation, not on internal power struggles or managing upwards.
Psychological Safety = Innovation
Our Promise: We encourage "intelligent failure." If you're not trying new things (new sales strategies, new use cases for GenAI), you're not trying hard enough. We protect our innovators. It's a culture of psychological safety where we fight for each other, not against each other.
We Have Each Other's Back
Our Promise: We operate like a special forces unit, not a committee. When you're in the trenches fighting a fire, your colleagues don't point fingers – they jump in to cover your back. When you win, we all win. When you stumble, we help you back up.
The DNA of Our Team: The "Unwritten" Rules
- We talk to each other, not about each other. (Directness)
- We share success, we own mistakes. (Accountability)
- We leave our egos at the door. (Humility)
