Our SAP team is growing and looking for support for innovative and unconventional solutions in Vienna, Linz, or Graz.

Your Mission

• You will lead SAP S/4HANA and Cloud projects end-to-end: analysis/assessment, conception, implementation, testing, cutover, go-live, and hypercare.
• You will manage project teams and ensure that all project phases run transparently, efficiently, and according to the target specifications (scope, budget, timeline, quality, risks).
• You will prepare management reports, PMO status updates, and documents for steering committees and present them in a way that enables quick and well-founded decisions at the executive level.
• You will be the central point of contact for stakeholders, moderate workshops (e.g., Fit-to-Standard, process design, decision-maker formats), and ensure clear, binding communication across all project phases.
• You will use modern project methods and pragmatically combine them according to project reality: SAP Activate, agile approaches, and PMP/classic project management best practices.
• You will actively drive the further development of our S/4HANA transformation project management approaches and thus shape the future of our Delivery Excellence.

What Makes You Special

• You have relevant experience in the SAP environment - e.g., in project management, sub-project management, lead consulting, solution architecture, or PMO with real management responsibility.
• You have a good understanding of SAP project logic and transformation processes (planning, testing, cutover/go-live, stakeholder management).
• You have experience with SAP Activate, classic or agile project methods (including hybrid approaches) - or want to develop further in this area - and have expertise in end-to-end processes such as O2C, P2C, or R2R, and ideally in Cloud ALM or testing setups (nice to have).
• You convince with strong communication and moderation skills, team spirit, assertiveness, and entrepreneurial thinking.
• You trust in your competencies, work goal-oriented and hands-on, think analytically, conceptually, and creatively.
• You speak German and English very well and are willing to travel (nationwide, project-dependent, and planned).

Contact

For this full-time position, the annual target salary is EUR 60,000 gross, and depending on qualifications and experience, we offer corresponding overpayment.
