About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced SAP Project Management (PM) Consultant to work onsite at our client location in Germany. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with strong hands-on expertise in SAP PM implementations and support, combined with excellent stakeholder management skills. You will act as a trusted SAP PM partner for the business, working closely with German-speaking users and stakeholders to deliver stable, efficient, and scalable maintenance solutions. The position requires deep functional knowledge of SAP PM and the ability to support and enhance ongoing operations in an asset-intensive environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Work onsite at the client location in Germany as the lead SAP PM consultant
• Gather and analyze business requirements and deliver effective SAP PM solutions
• Configure, support, and enhance SAP PM functionalities (orders, notifications, equipment, maintenance plans)
• Manage SAP PM integration with MM, FI, CO, and PP modules
• Provide ongoing production support, testing, issue resolution, and user training while collaborating with business and technical teams

What You Bring

• 15+ years of experience in SAP Project Management (PM)
• Strong hands-on expertise in SAP PM configuration and support
• Proven experience working in onsite, client-facing roles, preferably in Germany or other onshore environments
• Solid knowledge of maintenance processes in manufacturing, utilities, or asset-intensive industries
• Experience across end-to-end SAP PM implementation and support projects
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Fluency in German and English to support local business users
• Bachelor’s degree (Engineering preferred; other degrees considered)
