Your Role
For our Connected Solutions business unit in the Customer Management Tribe (COSCMA), we are looking for you as a full-time SAP Project Manager (m/f/d) in Karlsruhe or Münster. Your role is assigned to the Project Management Chapter. Here you will work with 10 colleagues across locations and with diverse interfaces.
Your Tasks with Perspectives
- You are an IT Project Manager with a focus on agile project management methods and will initially (*) take responsibility for the company-wide SAP RISE Transformation – across multiple business units and workstreams.
- You will lead and manage the program together with your external counterpart regarding scope, schedule, budget, quality, risks, and dependencies, ensuring a uniform delivery quality.
- You are responsible for management reporting to the Executive Board, managers, and relevant stakeholders, as well as transparent, audience-appropriate communication.
- You support the (specialist) departments with regard to risks and take care of documentation and regular reporting on project status, progress, and goal achievement.
- You contribute your knowledge of agile project management methods to the Chapter and promote collegial exchange within the business field.
- Continuous improvement of internal workflows and processes is in your blood.
- (*) After successful RISE transformation, you will lead further IT projects – also outside the SAP landscape – from idea to go-live.
Your Personality with Profile
- You have a completed degree e.g. in economics, (business) informatics or natural sciences, as well as many years of relevant professional experience or a comparable qualification and experience in leading interdisciplinary (sub-)projects.
- You are familiar with project management methods and can provide certifications such as PRINCE2, PMI or PMP.
- You have proven experience in leading large, group-wide SAP programs, ideally SAP RISE or 'Lift and Shift' migrations.
- You have fluent German language skills (at least C1 level) and good English language skills (B2 level).
- You convince with your strong communication and conflict resolution skills as well as your good cooperation with third parties.
