Senior SAP Project/Program Manager

Your Key Responsibilities

Project Management:

• Participated in large scale SAP client engagements.
• Proficient to handle B2B requirements.
• Consistently delivering the quality client services, driving high-quality work products within the expected timeframes and on budget.
• Monitoring progress manage risk and ensure key stakeholders are kept informed about progress and expected outcomes.
• Manage expectations of client service delivery.
• Should be a self-starter with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Should be comfortable interfacing with a client daily.
• This role requires daily interaction with the client at many levels.

Qualifications

• SAP Project manager for at least 16-18 years or more
• 10+years minimum in SAP End-to-end implementations with any modules
• Basic understanding of data migration methods/ETL tools such as SAP BODS, LSMW, LTMC
• Experience in data management including leading the data migration execution (cleansing, extracting, staging, transforming, loading, and verification of SAP data), running mock loads and data verification/validation cycles, resolving data defects, providing expertise and implementing processes for data governance, etc.
• Finest skill in "team leadership" adhering to the EY methodology and PMO processes/procedures, planning the data team's work, leading local and offshore resources, reporting status, logging and escalating risks/issues/decisions, participating in program governance, etc.
• Understanding of leading practices for data governance approach, centre of excellence/shared services structures, data governance processes/procedures (experience implementing shared services)
• Experience facilitating cross-functional team members with complex schedules against a published plan
• Team lead expertise stream planning, status reporting, managing governance, managing the team against the plan, escalating risks/issues/decisions/changes, budget management, etc.

Requirements

• Candidate must have at least 15 years of SAP experience, 10 years of end-to-end project implementation experience.
• Candidate must be in Canada only with valid work authorization.
