Our client is an internationally active company in the pharmaceutical environment in Vienna, counting among the established players in an innovative and high-growth market segment. As part of a strategic further development of the IT landscape and an upcoming S/4HANA transformation, a central position in the SAP environment is being newly filled: SAP Project Manager / Manager (m/f/d).

The Challenges of this SAP Job

• Responsibility for operational SAP operations (ticket management, prioritization, change management)
• Management and coordination of external SAP service providers, including escalation management
• Close coordination with specialist departments for the acquisition and implementation of requirements
• Planning and coordination of changes, tests, and system adjustments
• Active participation in the S/4HANA migration (e.g., data migration, custom code analysis, simplification checks)
• Ensuring compliance requirements and audit readiness
• Development and ongoing improvement of a sustainable authorization concept
• Strategic development of the SAP system landscape

Your Qualification for this SAP Job

• Completed technical training (HTL, FH, University, or comparable)
• Sound experience in the SAP environment, ideally in several modules (e.g., FI, SD, MM)
• Several years of experience in project and/or change management
• Experience in dealing with complex process landscapes and system environments
• Confident demeanor in stakeholder management (internal & external)
• Experience in managing service providers
• Understanding of S/4HANA transformations is an advantage
• Customizing knowledge is desirable, but not strictly necessary
• Structured, independent, and solution-oriented way of working
• Very good German and English skills
