We are supporting a SAP S/4HANA Metals and Commodities implementation within an asset‑intensive environment and are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA MM Senior Consultant to join a long‑term delivery programme starting shortly.

This role is hands‑on and delivery‑focused, operating within a client‑facing, multicultural environment with Middle East–based leadership.

Periodic on‑site travel to Dubai is required to support key project activities.

Programme Context

• Asset‑intensive industry (Mining / Manufacturing / Oil & Gas)
• Senior Consultant level (not Architect, not Junior)
• Contract duration: ±12 months
• Dubai‑based project with limited, project‑driven travel

Role Overview

The SAP MM Senior Consultant will be responsible for the design, configuration, testing, and delivery of SAP S/4HANA procurement solutions for non‑ferrous metals, supporting complex commodity and asset‑intensive procurement processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and configure SAP S/4HANA MM procurement solutions for metals and commodities
• Support purchasing, contracts, inventory management, and valuation processes
• Execute end‑to‑end lifecycle activities from design through go‑live
• Perform functional testing, support cutover, and assist with deployment
• Develop high‑quality functional design specifications for Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, Workflow scenarios (RICEF/W)
• Participate in client workshops and stakeholder engagements
• Work effectively within a multi‑stream, multicultural delivery team

Required Skills & Experience

• SAP certified MM consultant
• Minimum 7+ years SAP MM experience
• 2 or more full end‑to‑end SAP S/4HANA implementations (Design → Go‑Live)
• Experience in asset‑intensive industries - Mining, Manufacturing, Oil & Gas
• Strong hands‑on configuration, testing, and cutover experience
• Proven experience producing RICEF/W functional specifications
• Strong English communication and professional client‑facing skills
• Comfortable working with Middle East leadership and delivery practices
• Willingness to travel to Dubai periodically for project execution
