Responsibilities

• You will take full responsibility for the leadership, planning, steering, coordination, and monitoring of demanding SAP S/4HANA projects, including large, international SAP programs if desired.
• You will always keep an eye on adherence to the respective time, quality, and budget plans.
• You will analyze existing processes in SAP project management, restructure them, and continuously develop internal methods to make SAP projects even more effective.
• You will also analyze critical project situations, remain calm, and identify suitable measures in change management.
• As part of the management team, you will report directly to the management and communicate with C-level decision-makers at the client's site.

Requirements

• Relevant SAP professional and project experience; you should have led and been responsible for at least one SAP S/4HANA project end-to-end.
• Ideally, you have a project management certification (PMI, IPMA, PRINCE2, or SAP Activate).
• Willingness to travel for projects, up to a maximum of 1-2 days per week.
• Fluent German and good English skills.
