Your Role

• Software Development: High-performance SAP systems for processing millions of commission cases in fractions of a second and implementing business requirements into innovative solutions.
• Software Quality: Early detection of weaknesses and errors, fast bug fixing, and utilization of optimization potential for robust, secure, and high-performance software.
• Collaboration: Effective collaboration in an international team (Germany and India) with business analysts, test managers, and other stakeholders to solve complex technical challenges.

Your Profile

• Completed studies in computer science, insurance, or a similar field, or comparable professional experience of several years.
• Several years of professional experience as an SAP-ABAP developer with a focus on data processing.
• Practical experience with agile methods (Scrum, Kanban), DevOps practices, and engineering concepts such as operational automation.
• Very good German and English skills, convincing presentation of results, teamwork in an international environment, and a high willingness to learn and adapt.
