SAP Solution Architect

Enzo are working with a Fortune 500 global manufacturing organisation who are embarking on a large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation and enterprise-wide integration programme following multiple acquisitions.

They require an SAP Solution Architect to join them on a 12-month contract-to-hire engagement.

This role will focus on owning and standardising the end-to-end SAP architecture across a complex, multi-entity global landscape, driving S/4HANA transformation, integration strategy, and governance.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and define the end-to-end SAP architecture across a global S/4HANA landscape
• Lead solution design for S/4HANA transformation programmes and system integrations
• Drive fit-to-standard approaches, reducing customisation and optimising total cost of ownership
• Define integration strategy across SAP and enterprise systems (MES, CRM, third-party platforms)
• Govern system integrators and vendors, ensuring consistent and high-quality delivery

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as an SAP Solution Architect within S/4HANA transformation environments
• Strong understanding of SAP architecture, including integration and enterprise design
• Experience with SAP Integration Suite (CPI), SAP BTP, and related technologies
• Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholders and external vendors in global programmes
• Experience in manufacturing or complex multi-entity environments

Contract Details

• Long-term engagement with the possibility of extension.
• Onsite: 5 days per week in Shannon, Ireland *Start date: ASAP / flexible based on availability.
