SAP Solution Architect – SAP BW/4HANA

Overview

We are seeking an experienced and strategic SAP Solution Architect to join our growing team. This is a high-impact, client-facing role where you will combine deep SAP expertise with strong pre-sales and stakeholder engagement capabilities.

You will work closely with senior business and technology leaders, helping organizations navigate complex transformation initiatives and maximize the value of their SAP investments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements, effectively showcasing organizational capabilities and SAP expertise
• Establish and maintain trusted advisor relationships with senior stakeholders, including CXO-level executives
• Guide clients through transformation journeys with proactive communication and structured governance
• Define and own solution strategies tailored to client-specific requirements
• Bridge pre-sales, solutioning, and delivery teams to ensure alignment and successful outcomes
• Provide strategic input on pricing, scoping, and risk mitigation
• Bring industry and technology insights to shape client roadmaps
• Identify opportunities for account growth, including cross-sell and up-sell initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Excellent relevant SAP experience
• Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA and SAP BW/4HANA
• Proven experience in pre-sales, client engagement, and solution architecture
• Ability to lead executive-level discussions and influence decision-making
• Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder transformation programs
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
