Role Description

Our Client is seeking a dedicated SAP Sr. Program Manager for a full-time, on-site role located in Toulouse, France. The SAP Sr. Program Manager will oversee and manage end-to-end SAP implementation and optimization projects. This involves defining project objectives, establishing and maintaining timelines, ensuring resource alignment, and coordinating across cross-functional teams. You will be responsible for monitoring project milestones, managing risks, and ensuring seamless communication between stakeholders. Additionally, the role demands a strategic focus to ensure alignment with client goals and organizational standards.

Qualifications

• Expertise in SAP Program Management, including project planning, execution, and delivery
• Strong knowledge of SAP architecture, system integration, and related best practices
• Proven skills in risk management, stakeholder communication, and team collaboration
• Experience in change management, resource allocation, and conflict resolution within large-scale SAP implementations
• Exceptional leadership, problem-solving, and project documentation abilities
• Fluency in English
• Minimum of 8-12 years of relevant recent experience in SAP program management with an overall experience of 15 yrs or above
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field
• Relevant SAP certification and prior experience in the consulting industry are highly desirable
