SAP Support Analyst

Our client based in Pine Town in the manufacturing space is looking for an SAP Support Analyst to join their team.

You will act as the link between Finance, Operations, and IT, supporting day-to-day SAP functionality while also driving process improvement, data integrity, and user adoption across the business.

You’ll work alongside an existing SAP Analyst, with full support and training, while being given the space to take ownership and grow into the role.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day SAP support across the business (Finance, Sales, Manufacturing, Supply Chain)
• Resolve Level 1 issues and escalate more complex queries where required
• Engage with users to understand issues and ensure timely resolution
• Identify and resolve master data and process-related issues
• Analyse current workflows and identify opportunities for process improvement
• Ensure users are following correct business processes
• Assist with system testing for enhancements and updates
• Maintain and update training documentation
• Compile monthly regional reports (SAP-driven, refined in Excel)

What We’re Looking For

• Degree in BCom Information Systems / Business Science / IT-related field
• SAP certification advantageous
• Minimum 2+ years’ experience in an SAP support / analyst role
• Exposure to SAP across multiple modules (Finance, Operations, etc.)
• Strong Excel skills (reporting, data manipulation)
