Key Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end SAP technical program execution across multiple projects and workstreams.
• Coordinate with business stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and leadership to ensure smooth delivery and alignment with organizational goals.
• Manage project planning, timelines, risks, dependencies, and resource allocation for SAP initiatives.
• Lead delivery management activities including status tracking, governance meetings, issue resolution, and reporting.
• Collaborate with SAP functional and technical teams for successful implementation, integration, migration, and support activities.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards, delivery milestones, and compliance requirements.
• Facilitate stakeholder communication and provide regular project updates to senior management.
• Support Agile/Waterfall project execution methodologies and drive continuous process improvements.
• Monitor program KPIs, budgets, and overall project performance.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in SAP Program/Project Management.
• Expertise in SAP technical delivery and implementation lifecycle.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience in delivery governance, risk management, and escalation handling.
• Knowledge of SAP modules/integrations and enterprise application landscapes.
• Strong coordination and leadership abilities across cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• PMP/Scrum/SAP certifications preferred.
• Experience managing large-scale enterprise SAP programs.
