Around 50 colleagues work in the IT team at PEAC Solutions, which covers the entire spectrum of IT services as a full-service provider within the PEAC Group. Our leasing software LISA is a self-developed solution based on the SAP S/4HANA application platform, implemented in ABAP/ABAP OO. It is maintained and continuously developed not only internally by PEAC Solutions IT but also for other financial service providers. LISA maps the entire leasing process – from contract initiation to contract end – with a high degree of automation. The operation of our SAP system landscape is carried out with the support of an IT infrastructure provider in the Microsoft Azure cloud.

We are looking for an SAP/LISA Software Engineer (m/f/d) with Leadership Perspective at our headquarters in Hamburg as soon as possible.

Responsibilities

As a Software Engineer SAP/LISA (m/f/d), you will work closely with our business experts and the IT backend team. You will be responsible for the further development and stable operation of our SAP leasing solution (LISA) and actively contribute to its optimization.

Furthermore, you will take on tasks in project coordination and alignment with the business departments: You will keep an eye on ongoing topics, prioritize, initiate critical tasks, and ensure structured implementation and testing.

Perspectively, you will have the opportunity to develop towards team leadership. For this, we are looking for a technically strong personality with ownership and a desire to shape things.

• ABAP OO development and conception of new solutions as part of the further development of our LISA system
• Ensuring the technical operation of the supported components, including analysis and resolution of incidents, as well as implementation and coordination of business requirements
• Further development of the application architecture in close cooperation with the application owners
• Shaping development standards, processes, and governance structures
• End-to-end responsibility for IT tasks in projects (management, prioritization, implementation)
• Prospectively: Taking over the leadership of a development team (approx. 10 employees)

Profile

Must-have

• Completed studies in computer science (business or technical) or a comparable qualification
• Several years of in-depth experience in SAP development
• Very good ABAP OO skills
• Familiarity with agile and/or classic development methodologies
• Motivation to take on leadership responsibility and to develop further
• Very good German skills (C1) and good English skills (B2)

Nice-to-have

• Experience in S/4HANA environments
• Exposure to AI-supported ABAP development
• Business administration knowledge, ideally in the leasing or financial services sector
• Initial experience in the professional leadership or coordination of development teams
