Responsibilities
Shape how new products successfully come to market
In this role, you will take overall responsibility for New-Product-Introduction (NPI) projects in our Supply Chain – from handover from the innovation team to successful market launch. Beyond classic project management, you will take on functional leadership for NPI and lifecycle topics and shape standards, methods, and processes in an international environment. You will combine strategic thinking with operational implementation and have a direct impact on the efficiency, quality, and scalability of our supply chain processes.
Your tasks
- End-to-end project management for NPI projects
- Functional leadership of NPI & Lifecycle Management topics within the Supply Chain
- Definition and further development of standards, methods, and governance as Process Expert
- Prioritization of initiatives and requirements in close coordination with relevant stakeholders
- Identification, assessment, and management of risks, dependencies, and goal conflicts
- Consultation and technical support of two project managers in complex decision-making situations
Profile
Your Profile
- Several years of experience in supply chain project management, ideally in the NPI or lifecycle environment
- Strong process and transformation understanding
- Ability to lead topics functionally and convince stakeholders without disciplinary responsibility
- Structured, analytical way of working with a high degree of personal responsibility
- Very good German and English skills
- Ideally, initial experience with AI for efficient process solutions
- SAP knowledge is an advantage
