Job Summary

The Domain Architect will lead the architecture for Sales and Marketing platforms ensuring scalable secure and high-performing solutions aligned with business strategy. The role involves defining architectural standards designing cloud-native systems and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver enterprise-grade solutions in a fully onsite environment.

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science engineering information systems or similar
• 12+ years of IT experience across architecture requirements design development testing or support.
• 4+ years of MSO Telecommunications experience with strong functional and technical expertise in enterprise BSS systems and solution architecture.

Own and Evolve Domain Architecture

• Define and evolve end-to-end architecture for Sales and Marketing systems across applications services integrations and platforms
• Establish architectural principles standards and reference patterns
• Collaborate with enterprise and solution architects for alignment

Apply Deep Functional & System Understanding

• Develop strong understanding of functional capabilities workflows and constraints across Sales and Marketing ecosystem
• Identify efficient solution designs minimizing customization duplication and complexity
• Guide teams on extending existing capabilities versus introducing new platforms

Design for Scale Reliability & Security

• Design cloud-native distributed systems for high-volume workflows
• Promote API-first and event-driven architectures
• Ensure resiliency performance security and operational excellence

Technical Strategy & Roadmapping

• Translate business strategies into architectural direction and technology roadmaps
• Evaluate technologies through proof-of-concept and design exploration
• Balance innovation simplicity cost and long-term maintainability

Influence Collaboration & Mentorship

• Act as trusted advisor to product managers engineering leaders and business stakeholders
• Collaborate with peer architects for decision-making

• Maximize reuse of existing capabilities

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong expertise in cloud-native architecture microservices APIs and event-driven systems
• Experience designing large-scale enterprise solutions
• Ability to evaluate architectural tradeoffs
• Excellent communication skills.
