Your role
As a Scaled Customer Success Manager (One-to-Many), you will manage a portfolio of several hundred low-complexity clients, using an industrialized, data-driven, and automation-oriented approach.
Your goal: maximize adoption, satisfaction, and retention at scale, through customer journeys and automated systems.
Your missions
Portfolio Management
- Manage a large client portfolio in One-to-Many mode
- Ensure post-onboarding relationship
- Guarantee satisfaction, retention, and renewal
Performance & Data
- Track key KPIs (usage, NPS, churn, NRR, tickets)
- Analyze portfolio health and trends
- Produce actionable reports
Engagement & Churn
- Detect weak signals of disengagement
- Implement automated retention actions
- Reactivate inactive accounts through targeted campaigns
Scalable Customer Success
- Optimize customer journeys and self-service content
- Improve workflows and engagement triggers
- Identify and reduce recurring pain points
Upsell & Growth
- Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities
- Promote new features
- Contribute to revenue growth in the segment
Profile sought
- 2+ years of experience in Customer Success
- Comfortable with high-volume portfolios
- Strong data and automation culture
- Excellent written communication
- Structured mindset focused on continuous improvement
- Professional English
