Your role

As a Scaled Customer Success Manager (One-to-Many), you will manage a portfolio of several hundred low-complexity clients, using an industrialized, data-driven, and automation-oriented approach.

Your goal: maximize adoption, satisfaction, and retention at scale, through customer journeys and automated systems.

Your missions

Portfolio Management

  • Manage a large client portfolio in One-to-Many mode
  • Ensure post-onboarding relationship
  • Guarantee satisfaction, retention, and renewal

Performance & Data

  • Track key KPIs (usage, NPS, churn, NRR, tickets)
  • Analyze portfolio health and trends
  • Produce actionable reports

Engagement & Churn

  • Detect weak signals of disengagement
  • Implement automated retention actions
  • Reactivate inactive accounts through targeted campaigns

Scalable Customer Success

  • Optimize customer journeys and self-service content
  • Improve workflows and engagement triggers
  • Identify and reduce recurring pain points

Upsell & Growth

  • Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities
  • Promote new features
  • Contribute to revenue growth in the segment

Profile sought

  • 2+ years of experience in Customer Success
  • Comfortable with high-volume portfolios
  • Strong data and automation culture
