UI Designer

About

The mission focuses on creating Figma mockups in close collaboration with product lines. The consultant will work in an environment where understanding business needs, the quality of user experience, and the ability to translate functional expectations into clear and effective interfaces are central.

The UI Designer will work with the Product Owner, business teams, and the project team to design relevant, accessible, and user-centered interfaces. Particular attention is expected on the quality of mockups, the justification of design choices, and active participation in team life.

Missions:

• Participate in workshops with the Product Owner and business teams to understand needs
• Design and produce mockups in Figma
• Translate business needs into clear, coherent, and intuitive interfaces
• Present proposals made, justifying design choices
• Ensure compliance with UX principles and user-centered design
• Integrate accessibility requirements, particularly RGAA, into mockups
• Participate in team activities and rituals (scrums, seminars, workshops)
• Collaborate with stakeholders to evolve interfaces based on feedback

Profile:

• Experienced UI Designer with excellent Figma proficiency
• Solid UX / UI culture
• Ability to quickly understand business needs
• Comfortable presenting and defending design choices
• Good sensitivity to digital accessibility and RGAA standards
• Experience in user-centered design
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team
