Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Science and Engineering Program Manager role located in the Dayton Metropolitan Area. The Program Manager will oversee and coordinate complex science and engineering programs, ensuring successful execution within budget, scope, and timeline. Responsibilities include managing cross-functional teams, driving systems engineering and software development efforts, and strategizing to meet project objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in Program Management, with proficiency in managing large-scale projects and multidisciplinary teams.
• Background in Engineering Management and Systems Engineering with the ability to oversee technology-focused initiatives.
• Familiarity with Project Management principles and methodologies to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Knowledge of Software Development processes and lifecycle management.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced on-site environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Experience working on Department of Defense or Federal contracts is a plus.
