Responsibilities • Lead design and execution of display campaigns • Optimize display systems and screening workflows • Support development of antibody assessment tools • Collaborate with internal teams to advance pipeline projects • Mentor junior team members and support lab infrastructure • Coordinate with external partners on tech transfer and project execution Key Requirements • Ph.D. in a life science field with 2+ years of industry experience, or M.S. with 4+ years • Strong background in antibody screening • Strong communication and team leadership skills
