Your Responsibilities

• Participate in a time-critical and security-relevant IT project
• Administrative support of project organizations as well as organization and moderation of Scrum events
• Take on tasks in the context of scaled agility (e.g., participation in PI Planning)
• Hub function between different stakeholders in projects and teams
• Preparation of presentations, decision-making bases, and project documents, including document storage
• Appointment coordination, correspondence, and minute-taking
• Support in the continuous improvement of agile processes and team structures
• Ensure a smooth flow of information within the project organization

Your Profile

• Higher vocational training or degree in Business Informatics or Business Administration with technical flair
• Ideally, further training courses in agile methods (e.g., Professional Scrum Master, Certified Scrum Master, SAFe Scrum Master)
• Several years of professional experience in a coordinating role in IT projects (e.g., Scrum Master, PMO)
• Good knowledge of tools such as MS Office, Confluence, and JIRA
• Experience with SAFe is an advantage
• Structured, organized personality with an independent and proactive way of working
• High moderation and communication skills across all hierarchical levels
• Fluent German; English and/or French skills are an advantage
• Military career as a higher non-commissioned officer or officer is an advantage
