Role & Responsibilities

As part of our avionics software and systems development projects, we are seeking an experienced Scrum Master with a background in the aerospace industry and a strong understanding of DO-178 standards.

Your responsibilities may include:

  • Support and coach an engineering team in agile practices and mindset
  • Coordinate team tasks with other project teams and stakeholders
  • Motivating the team to deliver a “high value-added” contribution
  • Support in the improvement and optimization of solutions and processes
  • Identify and remove obstacles impacting team performance
  • Prepare and lead Scrum meetings (planning, review, feedback, etc.)
  • Ensure quality of deliverables
  • Monitor several projects at once (sprint reports, budget, schedule, invoicing, etc.)

Qualifications

  • Degree in engineering or computer science, or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years' experience as a Scrum Master
  • 5+ years of experience in the aerospace industry, preferably in avionics
  • Knowledge of DO-178 standards
  • In-depth knowledge of the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
  • Ability to work in a multi-team environment with high organizational stakes
  • Excellent communication skills in English; French is considered an asset
