Are you an experienced Scrum Master looking to make real impact in a scaled Agile environment? We’re seeking a passionate Agile professional to support multiple cross-functional teams and drive delivery excellence within a dynamic product ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives, PI Planning, and ART Syncs
• Coach teams to become self-managing, high-performing, and outcome-driven
• Remove impediments and manage cross-team dependencies
• Partner with Product Owners to maintain a healthy, value-driven backlog
• Improve delivery flow, transparency, and predictability using Agile metrics
• Collaborate with stakeholders and leadership to ensure alignment and delivery success
• Drive continuous improvement at both team and program level

Requirements:

• 4+ years’ experience as a Scrum Master / Agile Coach / Delivery Lead
• Strong understanding of Scrum, Kanban, Lean, and scaled Agile frameworks
• Experience in large-scale Agile environments (PI Planning, ART structures)
• Agile certifications (CSM, PSM, SAFe or equivalent advantageous)
• Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and collaboration tools like Miro
• Excellent facilitation, coaching, and stakeholder management skills
