Scrum Master / Project Manager

Role Overview

We are looking for a Scrum Master / Project Manager to lead Agile teams, ensure smooth project execution, and deliver high-quality products on time. This role involves facilitating Scrum ceremonies, removing blockers, and managing project scope, timelines, and stakeholder communication.

Key Responsibilities

Scrum Master Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives)
• Coach team members on Agile/Scrum best practices
• Remove impediments that hinder team progress
• Ensure the team follows Scrum principles and maintains productivity
• Work closely with Product Owner to manage and prioritize the product backlog

Project Management Responsibilities

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables
• Create and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets
• Track progress and ensure timely delivery
• Manage risks, issues, and dependencies
• Communicate project status to stakeholders and leadership
• Coordinate cross-functional teams

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor s degree in IT, Business, or related field
• 3 7 years of experience in Agile/Scrum and project management
• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban)
• Experience with tools like Jira, Trello, or Azure DevOps
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM)
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification
• Experience in software development projects
• Familiarity with DevOps practices
