Position Description

We are seeking a skilled Scrum Master / Project Manager to lead Agile initiatives within the Finance Product Technology domain. In this role, you will ensure successful delivery aligned with program objectives and business goals. You'll manage the entire Agile delivery lifecycle, from project intake to release, facilitating collaboration between technical teams and stakeholders. Your expertise will help optimize processes, remove impediments, and foster a high-performing, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of Agile projects, ensuring alignment with Program Increment (PI) and business objectives.
• Coordinate with Product Owners to maintain a well-prioritized backlog.
• Act as a primary liaison between delivery teams and business stakeholders to ensure clear communication.
• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies: Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Backlog Grooming, Sprint Reviews/Demos, and Retrospectives.
• Manage dependencies, mitigate risks, and resolve blockers to keep projects on track.
• Forecast delivery timelines using estimation, velocity, and capacity planning techniques.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and lead efforts to enhance team flow and quality.
• Shield teams from external disruptions and promote effective collaboration.

Required Skills/Education

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master and/or Project Manager leading Agile teams.
• Expertise with Azure DevOps (ADO).
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum practices.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in finance systems and familiarity with Navy Federal processes is a plus.
