To strengthen our Product Management Pensions department, which offers our customers high-quality services in private pensions (Pillar 3a), we are looking for a Product Manager Pensions who actively contributes to the development, optimization, and performance of our life insurance solutions in a cooperative and innovation-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Development of documents for launch, training, and communication for internal stakeholders

Qualifications

• You have 5 years of experience in product management and/or project management, ideally in the area of pensions or life insurance
• Very good French and German language skills (spoken and written at least C1), ideally supplemented by English skills
• University degree (University of Applied Sciences, University or equivalent) in Business, Insurance, Finance, Management or comparable
• Good understanding of product-related challenges (market, regulation, pricing, profitability) and confident use of cross-functional methods and tools (e.g. Design Thinking, Scrum, Jira, Confluence, etc.)
• You enjoy working in a team, take responsibility, and drive projects forward in a demanding and constantly evolving environment.
