Role Overview
We are seeking a Sourcing Recruiter to focus on candidate generation for technical roles. This position will work with a team of recruiters and coordinators to support passive candidate talent searches, process improvement, and strategy development. The role will also provide in-person interviewing logistics and support in Austin, TX.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead various hiring efforts to build effective sourcing and assessment strategies.
- Build and maintain a network of passive candidates through ongoing relationship management.
- Screen and assess candidates to determine job fit.
- Manage client relationships and act as an advisor to hiring managers and interview teams.
- Drive and assess the health of pipeline volume and velocity.
- Participate in special recruiting initiatives and projects.
- Execute against sourcing and performance goals.
- Adhere to internal company processes and service level agreements.
- Manage job postings and maintain current and active status in recruiting systems.
- Drive consistent messaging to protect data integrity and reporting.
Required Qualifications
- Education: A bachelor's degree in any field is required.
- Experience: A minimum of two years of experience in Security, SDE, or technical recruiting is required. Experience should be in a sourcing role focused on candidate generation.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms is necessary. Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems is also required.
Compensation & Benefits
The anticipated pay range for this position is $36.00 to $39.00 per hour. Please note that the pay rate may vary based on factors such as experience, skills, and location. A comprehensive benefits package is available to eligible employees.
