SDR & Partner Marketing Associate

Rebellion (RBLN)

Columbia · On-site Full-time Mid Level 2w ago

About the role

Rebellion (RBLN) is a forward-thinking cybersecurity and tech conference that brings together trailblazers, practitioners, security leaders, and AI experts to shape the future of the industry. Unlike traditional events, RBLN provides a high-value experience at an accessible price, fostering a diverse mix of participants, including decision-makers and hands-on professionals. With a focus on meaningful conversations, problem-solving, and connections, RBLN offers a dynamic environment for innovation. In 2026, RBLN will expand its reach to the East Coast, West Coast, and Europe, uniting visionaries worldwide. Attendees leave with actionable insights and impactful relationships that go beyond the typical conference experience.

RBLN is hiring an SDR & Partner Marketing Associate to help drive attendee growth across our cybersecurity and emerging tech events.

This role sits at the intersection of outbound sales development and event marketing. You’ll be responsible for researching target accounts, building high-quality prospect lists, and executing multi-channel outreach (email + calls) to drive event registrations and engagement.

What you’ll do

  • Research and identify high-fit attendees across cybersecurity, OT/ICS, AI, and critical infrastructure
  • Build and maintain targeted prospect lists by persona and industry
  • Run outbound email campaigns and direct outreach to drive event attendance
  • Conduct phone outreach to key enterprise stakeholders and priority accounts
  • Re-engage past attendees and build pipeline for upcoming RBLN events
  • Partner with marketing to support campaign targeting, messaging, and segmentation
  • Maintain clean CRM data and track outreach performance

What we’re looking for

  • 1-3 years in SDR, demand gen, or event marketing
  • Strong research and list-building skills
  • Comfortable with high-volume outbound (email + phone)
  • Strong written communication and personalization ability
  • Organized, self-driven, and metrics-oriented
  • Interest in cybersecurity, defense, or emerging tech ecosystems is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred

Why RBLN

You’ll directly influence who shows up at the table—security leaders, innovators, and decision-makers shaping the future of cyber and resilience. This role also includes global travel to RBLN events, where you’ll support attendee engagement, partner activation, and in-person networking with senior industry leaders.
