About the role
The Organization is seeking a Freelance Digital Analytics & Search Specialist to support our Data Science, Analytics, and Marketing Intelligence team. This role focuses on analytics, SEO/SEM, reporting, and AI‑driven content discoverability across digital platforms.
This is a remote freelance role (up to 30 hours/week) with potential to convert to full‑time. You’ll report to the Marketing & Analytics Manager and work both independently and collaboratively across projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze marketing and search trends using GA4
- Build and maintain dashboards in Looker Studio
- Manage SEO using Google Search Console and Bing Webmaster Tools
- Support paid search campaigns (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads)
- Optimize internal and external search for content discoverability
- Leverage AI and GEO strategies to improve findability
- Provide data‑driven insights and strategic recommendations
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in digital marketing or analytics
- Hands‑on experience with GA4, Looker Studio, Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, SEO tools
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, analytics, and emerging AI search trends
- Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and comfortable managing multiple projects remotely
The Organization does not offer sponsorship for this role; candidates must have current, valid authorization to work in the United States.
The hourly range for this position is W2 $24-30/hr DOE. Benefits available to contract/temporary professionals, include medical, vision, dental, and life and disability insurance.
