Role Description

We are seeking a Search Marketing Manager (Volunteer) to join our team. As a Search Marketing Manager, you will strategically manage and optimize Google paid search campaigns, conduct keyword research, and analyze campaign performance using web analytics. You will collaborate with team members to develop and execute innovative digital marketing strategies to increase awareness and visibility of Outcome School. This is a remote volunteer opportunity with a chance to make a tangible impact on the lives of underserved youth.

Responsibilities

  • Experience with Google platforms, including Google Keyword Tool, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Search Console, to drive campaign success.
  • Craft and implement effective local and long-tail search strategies to enhance ad performance.
  • Conduct comprehensive post-campaign analysis to assess performance and ROI.
  • Generate and present detailed reports on client search performance to the business development team and senior management.
  • Continuously refine and optimize keyword lists, ad copy, and landing pages to improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Develop innovative paid search strategies for new and existing clients to achieve their marketing objectives.
  • Work with all aspects of Google Ads, including automation, conversion tracking, callouts, e-commerce, and bidding optimization, to maximize campaign impact.

Qualifications

  • Experience in managing Google Paid Search Campaigns and Paid Media Advertising
  • Strong knowledge of Digital Marketing and Web Analytics
  • Proficiency in conducting Keyword Research to optimize campaign impact
  • Excellent organizational and data analysis skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Experience in educational or nonprofit initiatives is a plus
  • Familiarity with workforce development or employment programs is advantageous
