My client in Bethesda, MD is seeking a SEC Reporting Manager to join their team. This role reports directly into the Assistant Controller with tons of room for growth and is 2 days/week in office!

Compensation

Compensation is targeted up to $160K + bonus.

Responsibilities

Preparation and filing of SEC/10K/10Q reports
Preparation of financial statements
Drafting footnotes and disclosures

Qualifications

Public accounting experience required
Public company/client experience
5+ yrs of experience
