My client in Bethesda, MD is seeking a Sr. SEC Reporting Manager to join their team. This role reports directly into the Assistant Controller with tons of room for growth and is 2 days/week in office! Compensation is targeted up to $175K + bonus.

Responsibilities

  • Preparation and filing of SEC/10K/10Q reports
  • Preparation of financial statements
  • Drafting footnotes and disclosures
