What you'll do?

Als Security Analist bewaak je de veiligheid van ons IT-landschap. Je monitort systemen, herkent afwijkingen en zorgt dat meldingen snel worden opgepakt. Je werkt nauw samen met collega's uit verschillende IT-teams en gebruikt moderne tooling om risico's te signaleren en aan te pakken. Je onderzoekt verdachte activiteiten, voert analyses uit en helpt bij het doorvoeren van verbeteringen. Ook stem je af met onze externe SOC/MDR-dienst en ondersteun je collega's bij securityvragen. Zo zorg je dat Sligro digitaal sterk en weerbaar blijft.

What are your responsibilities?

• You are responsible for following up on alerts, events, and incidents.
• You manage and optimize security platforms such as Trend Micro, Tenable, and Splunk.
• You analyze logs, perform threat hunting activities, and immediately follow up on new vulnerabilities.
• You test the effectiveness of security measures and propose improvements.
• You support with checks, audits, documentation, and policy.
• Additionally, you are the sparring partner of the Product Owner Security Operations and take over tasks when necessary.
• Together with the CISO Office, you monitor the digital security of the organization.

What do you bring?

You have a bachelor's work and thinking level and experience as a security engineer, analyst, or pentester. You think like an attacker and quickly recognize vulnerabilities. You enjoy working with modern security tools and know IT infrastructures well. You are analytical, eager to learn, critical, and maintain an overview, even under pressure. You can handle scripting and automation, and communicate easily in Dutch and English. You want to move forward, think along, and have a strong drive to make our security better every day.
