Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable full‑stack applications using Python and React JS with an emphasis on AI‑driven functionality
• Build and enhance AI‑powered internal tools to enable secure and intelligent software development practices
• Integrate with AI/ML services (e.g., Azure OpenAI, LLM APIs) and vector databases to implement retrieval‑augmented systems
• Implement features leveraging prompt engineering, model integration, and other modern AI techniques
• Contribute to system design and architecture focused on performance and scalability
• Participate in Agile development cycles including sprint planning, code reviews, and iterative delivery
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application and AI system performance
• Leverage AI‑assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor) to accelerate productivity

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience)
• 3–5 years of hands‑on software development experience, with exposure to full‑stack or backend systems
• Strong proficiency in Python and JavaScript (React JS preferred)
• Practical understanding of AI/ML concepts, including large language models and prompt engineering
• Experience working with AI APIs (Azure OpenAI or similar) and familiarity with vector databases/embeddings
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred) and cloud‑native services
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and modern development workflows
• Familiarity with SDLC and Agile methodologies
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications (What Else Might Help You Out)

• Direct experience with specific AI‑assisted developer tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor)

Compensation

Pay Range: $80.48 – $100.60 per hour
