Role Overview

As a security technician, you aim to start at the customer’s location as early as possible, often driving ahead of traffic jams in the morning. A project is usually installed within 1 or 2 days, with the end time depending on the project's phase. Flexibility is a key asset! Each project is different, requiring you to use your knowledge and skills to assess necessary materials and time estimates. Many projects are completed without construction drawings, so pragmatic insight, knowledge, and skills are vital. This approach enhances flexibility and significantly reduces costs. Due to the variety of products, locations, and sectors, your work offers diverse experiences. You might visit a catering business, a garage, or a large warehouse at an agricultural company.

Requirements

• Good technical insight with an electrical engineering background.
• Ability to estimate pipe routes in accordance with rules and guidelines.
• Skill in installing cabling in pipes, gutters, or channels as per trade standards.
• Understanding and application of simple direct current circuits.
• Knowledge of mains networks and how to connect to a junction box within the mains system.
