Security Manager - SOC

Your role in the team

• You manage and develop Security Operations Services with a focus on quality, efficiency, and future viability.
• You translate security data into clear insights and create transparency for clients and stakeholders.
• You are a sparring partner for clients and provide impulses for the further development of their security strategy.
• You accompany safety-critical situations as well as projects and keep an overview even in emergency situations.
• You coordinate the collaboration between internal teams and external partners.

Our expectations:

Qualifications

• Additionally, you have a very good understanding of key security topics such as monitoring, detection, incident handling, as well as common standards (e.g., ISO 27001, NIS2).
• You are able to present complex technical content in an understandable way and communicate it clearly even at management level.
• With your confident demeanor, you navigate the client environment with ease and enjoy developing sustainable solutions together.

Experience

• You bring several years of experience in the IT security environment, ideally with a focus on: Security Operations / SOC or managing projects with a strong security emphasis.
