About the role
RELOCATION TO WASHINGTON D.C. — FULL RELOCATION PACKAGE COVERED, COSTS, VISA, PAPERWORK, ALL OF IT.
We are looking for a Vulnerability Security Researcher to help build the core systems that power automated vulnerability research and exploit development. This is hands on, deeply technical work. It is not a role for someone who wants to focus on prompts or wrappers. The expectation is real low level engineering, with full ownership over the problems you take on.
What You Will Do
- Design and build production grade systems that automate vulnerability research and exploit development
- Go deep into operating system internals, kernel interfaces, and low level performance work
- Take projects from idea, through architecture, all the way to shipped code
- Work side by side with researchers, operators, and engineers to turn manual offensive workflows into repeatable automated ones
- Help shape the engineering culture and technical standards of a team aiming to lead this space
What We Are Looking For
- At least 2 years of engineering experience, or exceptional new grads with demonstrated low level work
- Strong low level systems background, this is the core requirement. Examples include OS internals, kernel work, runtime detection, dynamic analysis, dynamic interception, or similar adjacent areas
- A builder mindset, someone who wants to own things end to end and cares about both performance and correctness
- Comfort working in an environment with ambiguity and a fast pace
- Willing to work in person, either in Washington D.C. five days a week
- Eligibility for the clearances and requirements associated with U.S. government work
