Position Overview

Join our dynamic Emerging Business team within the Portfolio Marketing department as a Self-Service Revenue Growth Marketing Manager. In this key role, you will spearhead innovative strategies to boost eStore revenue for the Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) portfolio. Your contributions will be vital in scaling our self-service channel, and you will lead initiatives to drive traffic, enhance conversion rates, and create substantial revenue growth.

Collaboration is at the heart of this role as you will work closely with sales, product marketing, and analytics teams to ensure flawless execution and measurable outcomes. Your expertise in eCommerce, marketing automation, and AI-driven growth tactics will be essential to your success.

Responsibilities

  • eStore Growth Strategy: Develop and implement strategies to increase visits, conversions, and revenue for our Construction Software eStore.
  • Performance Marketing: Launch and optimize both paid and organic acquisition campaigns to attract qualified traffic to the eStore.
  • Conversion Optimization: Execute A/B and multivariate testing across landing pages and checkout processes to boost conversion rates.
  • Tracking & Attribution: Establish comprehensive tracking frameworks for revenue attribution and campaign ROI analysis.
  • Trial Conversion Programs: Create lifecycle campaigns aimed at converting trial users into paying customers through the eStore.
  • AI & Automation: Implement AI-driven workflows and marketing automation strategies to efficiently scale eCommerce campaigns.
  • Data Analysis: Monitor KPIs and present actionable insights to leadership for ongoing improvement.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with sales and product teams to align growth efforts with overarching business objectives.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Over 5 years of experience in growth, demand generation, or performance marketing, with a strong background in eCommerce.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field; a master's degree preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools (such as Marketo, HubSpot), analytics platforms, and CRM systems like Salesforce.
  • Solid understanding of paid media channels and experience in conversion optimization.
  • Experience with implementing A/B tests and multivariate experiments.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in Business-to-Consumer (B2C) or familiarity with Business-to-Business (B2B) SaaS.
  • Proficiency in AI-driven marketing methodologies.
  • Advanced skills in Excel or business intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau).

Salary Transparency

For U.S.-based roles, the anticipated starting base salary is between $82,000 and $146,410, depending on experience and location. Additional compensation may include annual bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
