Role Description

You will report to our Regional Director (EMEA) of Field Sales and be responsible for developing new business opportunities within a defined territory (DACH). You will position Bullhorn and its associated services so that the customer can recognize a real competitive advantage.

The focus of your work is on identifying and implementing sales targets, including detailed tracking of leads to build a qualified pipeline, presentations to potential customers, analysis meetings, product demonstrations, and contract negotiations.

Our mission is to provide a first-class customer experience. You will be at the forefront of ensuring this from the first contact. You will help potential customers navigate their buying process, evaluate solutions to address their most critical business challenges, and implement technologies that positively impact their business. Advanced consulting skills, a strong interest in the recruitment industry, and particularly in SaaS and AI, are required for this position.

A typical day includes...

  • Building your own lead pipeline through direct outreach to potential customers, qualifying and conducting initial calls and product demonstrations.
  • Identifying new potential customers through research, networking, social selling, and referrals.
  • Developing proposals in collaboration with Sales Engineering and Professional Services or implementation partners.
  • Working closely with sales management to prioritize sales opportunities and implement sales strategies that exceed expected quotas.
  • Regularly and promptly submitting sales metrics such as weekly forecasts, pipeline management, and business plans.
  • Monitoring trends and the market to stay up-to-date and provide the best advice for your sales territory.
  • Preparing and conducting webinars and presentations both online and at regional events.
  • Building a (partner) network in the market.

This position is perfect for you if you...

  • Have 3-5 years of experience in SaaS sales or the recruitment industry.
  • Can demonstrate a proven track record in B2B sales.
  • Have experience in consultative selling of complex solutions and find it easy to manage multiple stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Enjoy visiting customers on-site and building long-term relationships online and in person.
  • Are a sales professional and work very independently within the given guidelines.
  • Are ready to further expand our success in the DACH region to scale our presence.
  • Speak fluent German and have very good business-level English skills (mainly internal).
  • Are looking for a job in an international environment and want to fully immerse yourself in the field of AI.
