Your Impact
As a Senior Account Executive, your primary goal will be to accelerate sales growth for Lowe's key regional Pro customers. Build and nurture strong relationships with these major clients to offer tailored product and account management solutions that drive sales gains. Attend tradeshows and conduct onsite visits to introduce a broader range of product offerings, promotional pricing, and essential solutions to close sales effectively. This role is focused on individual contributions without direct management responsibilities.
What You Will Do
- Drive Pro sales for your assigned customer portfolio through market research, proactive outreach, and frequent onsite client engagement.
- Visit worksites regularly to assess additional product needs, facilitate orders, and ensure fulfillment in collaboration with local stores.
- Negotiate pricing and contract terms during customer meetings to successfully close sales.
- Conduct district research to identify high-potential Pro customer opportunities worth pursuing.
- Develop strategic plans for assigned accounts using comprehensive customer insights.
- Collaborate with District Managers and Store Managers to deliver the necessary services and products that enhance pro sales.
- Engage with high-level purchasing decision-makers for supplier annual reviews and planning meetings.
- Perform 12-15 sales calls weekly to discuss products, schedules, deliveries, and new introductions, planning these visits 1-2 weeks ahead.
- Apply a consultative selling approach to understand customer needs and facilitate ongoing follow-ups on sales opportunities.
- Establish strong working relationships with District Managers, Store Managers, and Regional leaders.
- Utilize various selling tools and fulfillment channels to provide the most beneficial solutions to Pro customers.
- Provide weekly updates to the District Manager on sales performance, customer opportunities, and planned sales goals.
- Influence store managers regarding product availability and service needs that align with customer requirements.
- Work closely with merchandising teams to ensure the right products are available for your managed accounts.
- Communicate effectively with the Regional Pro Sales Director and Divisional Sales Director on important matters.
- Research market trends and competitor offerings to optimize service delivery and pricing strategies.
- Integrate with customers' accounting and operational practices to streamline processes between Lowe's and their purchasing systems.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 3-5 years of relevant professional sales experience.
- Experience in selling to strategic accounts or in B2B environments.
- Familiarity with CRM technology.
Preferred Skills/Education
- Sales experience in maintenance, repair, operations, construction, home improvement, or property maintenance industries.
