Our client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Account Executive to drive revenue growth within their B2B Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) division. This role offers a dynamic hybrid work model, combining the flexibility of remote work with essential in-person collaboration. You will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting and lead qualification to negotiation and closing deals with enterprise-level clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of exceeding sales quotas in a competitive SaaS market, with a strong understanding of complex sales processes and value-based selling methodologies. You will leverage your exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to build strong relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers.
Key responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic account plans, and working closely with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with market demands. You will conduct in-depth needs assessments with prospective clients to understand their business challenges and demonstrate how our client's SaaS solutions can provide tangible value and drive business outcomes. This role requires a deep understanding of the SaaS landscape, competitive offerings, and emerging industry trends. You will be expected to maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system, manage your sales pipeline effectively, and provide accurate forecasting. A significant portion of your time will be spent engaging with clients through virtual meetings, phone calls, and occasional on-site visits for critical client engagements and team meetings in the Ibadan, Oyo, NG area. You will also play a key role in mentoring junior sales team members and contributing to the refinement of sales strategies and best practices. The ability to articulate complex technical concepts in a clear and compelling manner is essential. Hybrid (primarily remote with occasional office presence in Ibadan, Oyo, NG)
Responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth by closing new business deals within assigned territories.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans for key prospects and existing clients.
- Conduct needs assessments and deliver compelling product demonstrations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives and decision‑makers.
- Achieve and exceed sales quotas and performance metrics.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and sales pipeline management.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to enhance sales strategies.
- Mentor and coach junior sales representatives.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscape.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5+ years of proven experience in B2B SaaS sales, with a track record of exceeding quotas.
