Responsibilities

• Establish deep business understanding into client context and preference and formulate tailored and effective marketing strategies and plans to achieve clients’ objectives and KPI with solid insight.
• Collaborate with all-rounded cross-functional teams, including creative and design teams, to deliver multi-channels marketing campaigns.
• Swift and flexible end-to-end coordination skill to handle ad-hoc request and rapid turnaround.
• Maintain reliable and strong relationships with wide variety of clients and build trust to ensure their satisfaction.
• Assist the team with project management to ensure smooth and effective execution of campaigns.
• Provide data-driven insights and advisory by collaborating with internal teams.
• Assist Directors in pitching preparation.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years solid experience in digital marketing, Digital/Advertising Agency background is a plus.
• Passionate about digital marketing and online advertising, with a strong desire and flexibility to learn and grow.
• Exceptional business understanding and client servicing skills with a proven ability to maintain long-term relationships with clients.
• Excellent project management and problem-solving skills, with strong attention to detail and a sense of responsibility.
• Strong communication skills in both Cantonese and English, both written and verbal.
• Willingness to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to explore different opportunities.
